The use of linear bearings in the long edge slot pushing cover mechanism of brick tea After the packaging paper is clamped into the packaging groove by electromagnetic clamps (left and right positions), the brick tea is clamped onto the packaging paper and positioned. Then, the support frame with the brick tea and packaging paper descends from position 1 to position 2. After descent, the electric push cylinders on both sides of the long edge of the brick tea drive the left and right push cover plates to move horizontally and straightly, pushing the packaging paper protruding from both sides of the long edge of the brick tea for packaging. Both sides of the left and right push cover plates are tilted and raised, and linear bearings are installed above to adapt to the thickness changes of the brick tea, and to better adhere the packaging paper to the surface of the brick tea. 2. The use of linear bearings in short edge packaging folding mechanisms The end face packaging of brick tea adopts a U-shaped folding mechanism, and the electric push cylinder on the left side of the long side of the brick tea drives the U-shaped folding mechanism to move in a straight line, completing the folding of the end face. The U-shaped folding mechanism is mainly composed of a U-shaped frame and movable pressure plates on both sides. The two are connected by linear bearings, which can adjust the width of the opening of the U-shaped folding mechanism. Linear bearings are also installed on the back of the U-shaped plate to enable the U-shaped folding mechanism to adapt to changes in the width of the brick tea. 3. The use of linear bearings in short edge push cover mechanisms The short edge push cover mechanism of brick tea also adopts a U-shaped design. When the brick tea is pushed to the workstation, the electric push cylinder first drives the push rod and the upper U-shaped plate to move downwards, and the packaging of the protruding part of the upper short edge packaging paper is folded. The back of the upper U-shaped plate is equipped with linear bearings, and the inner sides are equipped with upper movable plates. The upper movable plates are connected to the U-shaped plate through linear bearings, which can make the upper short edge push cover mechanism adapt to the thickness and length changes of the brick tea. After the upper short edge packaging is completed, push the lower short edge packaging paper extension upwards from the lower cover plate to fold the cover. The inner side of the push down cover plate is also equipped with a movable plate, which is connected to the inner side of the push down cover plate through linear bearings to adapt to changes in the length of the brick tea.

The use of linear bearings in transmission and clamping mechanisms In the transmission and compression mechanism, the transmission of brick tea between workstations and the output after the packaging of brick tea are carried out by self pushing. That is, after the next brick tea is packaged, the output simultaneously pushes the previous brick tea forward by the distance of one brick tea.
