1. Splicing of Linear Bearing Box Units

The general length of linear bearing box units is 200-3000mm. Considering logistics and transportation reasons, it is recommended to use splicing for lengths exceeding 3000mm. The specific splicing method is as follows: one end of the shaft docking is processed into a convex platform, and the other end is processed into a groove (the total length will not change after docking). Compared to the positioning pin docking method, it is more reliable and can ensure smooth operation of the slider on top.

2. Installation method of straight column linear bearings

The installation of straight column linear bearings is divided into two steps:

1) When installing bearings, it is necessary to ensure that the shaft core is parallel to the inner hole of the linear bearing, and remember to install at an improper angle.

2) When pressing the linear bearing into the bearing seat, do not directly hit the outer cylinder side retaining ring and oil seal. Prepare special tools to evenly drive in.

3. Sealing ring of linear bearing

When the linear bearing is used in conjunction with the shaft, the inner ring of the sealing ring is tightly attached to the shaft, which can prevent impurities on the shaft from entering and damaging the retainer inside the linear bearing during operation, thereby extending the service life of the linear bearing. The only difference between linear bearings with and without sealing rings is whether they can prevent impurities from entering the interior of the bearing. Customers need to choose based on their actual usage environment. The external installation dimensions of linear bearings are the same.

4. The structure of linear bearings with linear programming

Linear bearings can not only move in a straight line, but also rotate. The retainer of linear bearings with linear motion is different from that of linear bearings that can only move in a straight line, and is made of aluminum alloy.

The structure of linear bearings is that the balls are evenly distributed in a Z-shaped pattern in the holes of the cage, and the balls in each hole can rotate independently and smoothly 360 degrees.
